This position requires a candidate who is hands-on, with strong cooking skills, as well as excellent management and leadership abilities. Reporting to the National Food Services Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cafeteria food services, ensuring high-quality meals are prepared and served efficiently to our customers. Responsibilities • Supervise and manage a team of cafeteria staff, including cooks, servers, and other personnel. • Collaborates with manager and the food services team to plan and coordinate daily food preparation and services to ensure timely and efficient operations. • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to maintain high standards of service. • Create and implement menus that are nutritious, diverse, and appealing to a wide range of customers, while considering dietary restrictions and special requirements. • Leads and actively participates in food preparation, cooking, and serving, ensuring high quality and timely services to customers. • Trains, develops, and supports cafeteria.
