Cleaning: Keeping the kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment impeccably clean and sanitized. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness are maintained at all times. Your responsibilities will include: Dishwashing: Efficiently and effectively washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Cleaning: Keeping the kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment impeccably clean and sanitized. Assistance: Supporting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks when necessary. Organization: Managing waste disposal and recycling, ensuring the kitchen is well-organized and in compliance with health and safety standards. Adaptability: Being ready to assist in various kitchen duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude. Requirements: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and focus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Team player with excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
