Part time Human Resources Business Partner 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time) £34,912 - £36,860 per annum pro rata An opportunity has arisen to join the busy HR team at City College Norwich on a part-time, term time basis. The role of HR Business Partner operates across all of the College’s campuses, providing high level technical advice and support to line managers on a range of workforce issues, as well as taking the lead in particular areas of HR. Applicants should be fully CIPD qualified. Experience of managing a varied HR caseload is essential as is an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation. Experience gained in a public sector environment and of using an integrated HR and Payroll system such as MHR i-Trent would be an advantage.
