Please Note: This is a 1 year temporary contract role Position Overview: Under the supervision of Senior Product Development staff, the Associate PD Scientist will assist in the development of innovative new products and the optimization of existing products per project guidelines, including but not limited to cost parameters, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Duties & Responsibilities: Conducts product/ingredient research, benchtop formulation, sample application preparation, sample labelling, product/application evaluation and commercialization activities including scale-up to production Responsible for timely and accurate updating of formulations, ingredients, technology and files including protecting all proprietary information Contacts ingredient vendors for information or samples as required for project activities or as directed by Senior PD staff Provides technical support and problem solving internally for customers in the CPD business segment, including Marketing,.
