Responsible for day to day operations, scheduling, coaching, training, and communication with Garda World management on any disciplinary actions needed, for a full-time and part-time security team of 12+ staff in a unionized environment. Administration of the hospital-wide access control system – both physical key issuance and remote access (HID badge creation, badge disable for staff termination, door schedule changes, etc. ) Act as the primary liaison between the Garda World branch office and the client, ensuring both respective policies and procedures are upheld Be knowledge in all hospital policies that affect security. Ensure the safety and security of the hospital’s people and property Assist the Manager of Safety, Security, and Parking as requested. Conduct patrols and responded to both emergency and non-emergency calls for service Interact with the hospital’s staff, patients, and visitors in a professional, tactful, and diplomatic manner Provide 24/7 site support via a company provided cell phone.
