Job overview: As the Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in creating, updating, and coordinating project and employee schedules. Working closely with team leaders, you'll contribute to building, evaluating, and optimizing project schedules in a cross-functional team environment. If you are a highly motivated individual with exceptional organization, technical, and communication skills, this role offers the opportunity to work with professionals and deliver superior service. Key responsibilities: Project kick-off coordination and leadership. Scheduling all ecology employees and consulting with project managers to set up tasks and subtasks. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system. Coordinating project timelines and updating the Jira system where appropriate. Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and facilitating timely intervention. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules, recommending actions to ensure on-time completion. Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records. Participation in regular Operations team meetings and monthly review of the Subcontractor schedule. Forecasting staffing requirements and ensuring consistent methodology in project.
