We are looking for a CFO to provide financial leadership to Stone Creek Resorts. Our integrated resorts include 1,290 resort accommodation units, 380 residential units, Conference Centre, Gondola, Spa and Wellness centre and 850 staff housing units in Canmore, AB. The Eagle Ranch Resort is zoned for 350 residential sites and an additional 100 resort lodging units in Invermere, BC. Stone Creek Resorts plans to develop $2-3 Billion in real estate over the next two decades. The CFO role will report to the President & CEO. The successful candidate will work closely with the entire executive corporate team to play a critical role in the commercial growth of Stone Creek's resort communities, envisioning and leading the execution of current and future development projects that cater to visitors, seasonal and year-round residents. Current accounting and controllership functions will report into the CFO. CFO Responsibilities and Deliverables: Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall growth strategy.
