What the Role Entails Are you a financially savvy team leader? If so, you could be a good fit for our Assistant Branch Manager position. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in executing all the production and service strategies for three retail branches in the Fargo / West Fargo area. They will be responsible for assisting members with consumer deposit products and providing loan serving support to the Branch Manager for consumer loans. The Assistant Branch Manager is a product expert with thorough knowledge of all the product services and financial functions within the credit union, and how those products and services work together. They will provide daily guidance and advice to a team of Member Service Representatives and serve as a back-up on the teller line when needed. They will also assist in hiring, performance evaluations, scheduling and training of Member Service Representatives when applicable. What we're looking for The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to make good decisions when working with members and staff. They will work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and effectively coach and mentor Member Service Representatives to ensure an outstanding member experience and knowledge of credit union policies, procedures and products. A two-year college degree or equivalent is required with two years of related work experience. Sound like a good fit for you?
