Brew Team Member Position: We are searching for a reliable and dedicated team member to join our growing company. All team members are willing to assist wherever possible and often fill roles that fall outside of their area of expertise whenever required while working synergistically with other team members and providing nothing less the great quality customer service. Brew Team Member Responsibilities: Greet everyone when arriving and provide great quality customer service in an efficient and courteous manner. Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Wearing proper work attire and exhibiting good personal hygiene at the workplace. Executing all tasks assigned diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard. Maintaining a high level of professionalism while representing the company. Always report issues and concerns appropriately in a timely manner to the manager. Operate POS (Point of Sale) receive cash or credit card from customers; make change as needed. Maintain a clean and safe working environment inside and out including all equipment on the premises. Stock all shelves, coolers, and backrooms by date received, first in first out. Assist management in inventory control: receiving, pricing, and complete all paperwork pertaining to the merchandise deliver by the vendor. Check ID cards for legal sales of beer, tobacco, lottery, and related merchandise. Complete all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Adhere to all Brew oil Corporation handbook policies. Other duties as assigned by the manager. After posted it is Team Members responsibility to know and keep up with schedule. Must maintain good attendance. Employees are required to cover shifts they are not able to work and always inform the manager when doing so.
