A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROPOSAL MANAGER As a Proposal Manager, you provide oversight and leadership for the overall proposal development process from locating opportunities from the pre-proposal through the post-proposal phase. You facilitate kick-off meetings and reviews, partner with internal and external teams to extract critical information, and interview subject matter experts to develop content and artifacts. In addition to written proposal content, you also coordinate with creative staff to develop meaningful and compelling graphics to produce aesthetic, winning RFPs that represent First Onsite and our capabilities. You develop an understanding of our practices in the disaster recover and property restoration space and leverage this understanding while creating proposal schedules, outlines, and compliance matrices. You e nsure our win strategy, technical solution, win themes, selection criteria, compliance and proposal requirements are clearly enunciated and understood. With proposal deadlines in mind, you also perform quality assurance checks on drafts and final documents for proper format specifications as well as clarity, grammar, accuracy, and consistent voice. You play a critical role in helping First Onsite secure new contracts, helping us provide disaster recovery and property restoration services to communities in need, and are proud of the team's efforts to make a positive impact on the world. QUALIFICATIONS Five or more years of proposal experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-volume proposal environment Some large (>$10M) proposal experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering or related discipline APMP certification, preferred THE COMPANY offers excellent benefits including: Medical, Dental, Life, Long Term Disability, PTO days, Paid Holidays and a 401(k) Retirement Plan.
