ABOUT COOKIES MD Cookies Retail is a preferred global retail partner of Cookies that will be opening and operating stores across the US and beyond. JOB SUMMARY NOXX is looking to employ a knowledgeable and experienced Shift Lead/Budtender to assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Budtender include greeting and welcoming customers, informing the manager of customer complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address customer concerns. You should also be able to answer customers' questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their effects, and methods of consumption. A Shift Lead's role is an expanded budtender role. Along with being a budtender, the keyholder supports the assistant manager and manager in opening and closing duties, giving discounts, and other higher level responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Highly proficient in all budtender duties within the store Ability to open and close the store inclusive to all the start and end of day duties Ability to perform cash drops and have access to the safe Ability to understand and complete daily cash reconciliation sheet Money counts during start and end of a shift Ability to give discounts Ability to transfer inventory during a restock Acting leader for the entire store when the assistant manager and manager are not present Communicate with ASM/GM Basic everyday knowledge of Metrc (Accepting manifests/making manifests) Full-Time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
