Family /Internal Medicine Physician North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. Kingman with a population of 34,000 sits at the base of the Hualapai Mountains and is considered the heart of historic Route 66. Its elevation of 3300 feet offers summers more mild than other desert communities and winters more mild than higher mountain towns.
