SUMMARY The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for managing the regular bi-weekly payroll and off-cycle processes to ensure accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing payroll activities on a day-to-day basis, including prioritization, resolution of complex processing issues, and other related tasks. Review and analyze payroll practices/procedures/policies in order to recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by ensuring compliance with sensensative payroll data. QUALIFICATIONS Three (3) years experience in processing full-cycle payrolls, including year-end process. Experience in Kronos time & attendance system. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills (verbal and written). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
