Description:
2nd shift LEAD CLEANER position available The Shift Lead position will be required to lead and supervise the cleaning team under the supervision of the Account Manager, ensuring that the facility is cleaned daily. The position requires somewhat of a flexible schedule; this can be discussed more during the interview. The primary work schedule will be 4 pm until 12:30 am Mon-Fri. Must be able to work some mornings and weekends as the need arises. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Shift Lead will provide supervision over the cleaning team at designated buildings of a multi-facility industrial campus. Must have an understanding of job duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks, including floor care. Must be willing to sweep, mop, dust, pull trash which can weigh 40 or more pounds, and fill all dispensers, soap, lotion, paper towels, and toilet paper. Produces quality work within pre-set time frames. Shows initiative in regard to job functions and accepts new responsibilities as needed. Has the willingness to work with and help others. Uses personal protective equipment correctly such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
