Under direct supervision: Support engineering on various projects involving design, analysis and/or testing of aircraft-based products. Aid in document control with regard to document generation, release & storage. Update & organize standard materials, processes & hardware lists. Draft standard parts & hardware to add to Computer Aided Design (CAD) database. Other tasks as applicable. Job Qualification & Education: Enrolled full-time and pursuing either an undergrad or graduate degree from an accredited college or University. Must be majoring in or majored in a Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering and/or Aerospace Engineering. Experience with designing/building mechanical and/or electromechanical projects. Excellent communication skills. Ability to commit to at least a 8-week summer internship; potential for continued part-time work during the Fall semester. Have an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 out of a 4.0 scale (unofficial academic transcripts must be uploaded at the time of application). Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required. Pass a background check & drug test.
