The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm . This Marketing Administrator role earns between $50K and $65K. Update of company website and ensure that all information is up to date and refreshed at regular intervals. Ensure that business cards are ordered for all appropriate staff. Order client appreciation gifts/holiday gifts/events. Update all social media outlets. Ensure that company-logoed items are ordered and kept in stock. Create internal company flyers and external company brochures. Assist with event planning. Assist with necessary arrangements and planning for exhibiting at tradeshows. Candidates for this position must meet the following qualifications. Strong knowledge of digital/online marketing, with basic knowledge of Photoshop or similar graphic design software, including knowledge of how to create marketing materials. Strong proficiency in the English language with the ability to convey company messaging in appropriate written form. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services or construction. Proficient in Microsoft Office with proven administrative experience. Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and strong attention to detail. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred. Reliable transportation with the willingness and ability to attend tradeshows and events.
