Description:

Nampa Clinic. Full-time (40 hours per week, includes weekdays, weekends and some evening hours)Primary Duties 1. Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting. 2. Assist physicians with minor surgical procedures. 3. Assess patient needs, audit patient charts (EMR) and assist care team in providing care delivery.4. Performs nursing procedures such as: EKG, ear lavage, injections, IV, dressing changes, etc.5. Performs support functions such as: sterilizing and wrapping instruments, stocking and cleaning rooms, etc.6. Provides educational services to patients.7. Participates in training plan, in coordination with Nursing Manager. QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Qualifications 1. Current state of Idaho licensure2. Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills3. Strong computer skills4. Reliable transportation and valid drivers licensePreferred Qualifications 1. 1 year minimum experience in an out-patient/family practice setting 2. Experience working with migrant populations or in a community health clinic.3. BSN credential. 4. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)EOE/AA/Vet/Disability
