MDS Coordinator - LPN or RN - Full Time - Monday - Friday 9am-6pm Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames. Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed. Files the MDS documents in residents' charts. Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information. Requirements: Current LPN or RN License Experience as a MDS Coordinator Our Mission Committed to excellence in serving our community.
