Established in 1964, Wiers operates three International Truck Dealerships and eight Fleet Partners Service Centers in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Colorado, Texas, and Wisconsin. We maintain and repair class 3-8 vehicles including commercial vans, super-duty trucks, straight trucks, tractors, and trailers. Wiers Service Centers are operated by experienced teams who bring dealer capabilities to a friendly and family-oriented environment. Responsibilities and Skills: Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electronic problems Performs guidance on triage to determine best solutions to assist customers Perform general and detailed repair and installations of all trucks, engines, and components Provide mentorship, instruction, and advise to other technicians Required to operate diagnostic test equipment proficiently We Value: A CAN DO attitude Commitment to learn Team Players Self-starters with attention to detail High level of professionalism and integrity Compensation: $35- $40.00 hourly $7000 Sign BONUS Seven paid holidays Variable compensation opportunities Benefits: Up to 2 weeks vacation Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance Company paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(K) retirement plans with matching contributions Fitness membership reimbursement Safety boots and glasses reimbursement Company paid uniforms provided Qualification: Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
