Benefits: Medical 80% employer paid for employee Dental Vision 40 hours of Paid Vacation 6 Paid Holidays IRA with Company Match Job Title: Service Dispatcher / Schedule Coordinator Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional overtime Pay Scale: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs We are looking for a Service Dispatcher / Schedule Coordinator to join our team! Someone highly motivated, a multi-tasker with great customer skills to dispatch our team of service technicians. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and ability to work as a team member to ensure superior service to all our customers. Previous dispatching experience including Carrier or Bryant factory warranty and rebate experience ideal. What you will be doing: Answering incoming calls Excellent customer service Maintain Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatching technicians Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in for repairs Notifying customers with time-of-service technician arriving for service appointment Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and company customers Maintaining preventative maintenance agreements contracts and scheduling appointment Logging warranties and rebates Qualifications / Skills: 2 + years dispatching and, or schedule coordinating experience Advanced customer service skills Professional phone experience as this is a essential part of this position Proficient Microsoft Office CRM database experience Able to type 40 + WPM Advanced communication skills both written and verbal Well organized and able to work independently and as a team Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar industry desired HVAC Dispatching experience & Dispatching software, ESC ideal Factory Warranty & Rebate experience, Bryant & Carrier ideal High school diploma or equivalent Pass background check & drug screen Check us out online : www.nimmerheating.com
