Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment. Responsible for planning, prepping, set up and provide quality service in all areas of Pizzeria Ariccia. M aintaining a high-quality product and service mindset is critical . Candidate will need to be able to prioritize his/her daily responsibilities to ensure both concepts are running smoothly in terms of mise en place, inventory, and labor.
