Piece of Cake Inc is an Atlanta based bakery that has been delivering specially baked cakes and treats both locally and across the country. Today we have 9 retail locations and continue to grow! We're looking for customer services associates who enjoy helping customers and who can create WOW experience for our customers. If you: Have a passion for people and cake Have strong written and verbal communication skills Have at least 6 months of customer service experience Have basic computer knowledge, including typing skills Love having fun We'd love to meet you! Job Duties: Call Center Associate Balance phone calls, customer communications, and bakery box folding Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times Respond promptly to customer inquiries Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints Process orders and requests Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Completes assigned duties within scheduled shift Benefits: $12.00 / hour Fulltime: Medical, Dental & Vision 30% Associate discount Enjoy the day off on your birthday AND a free cake on your birthday Piece of Cake is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to hiring a diverse team.
