Maintenance Supervisor Salary $45,000 - $55,000 yearly Mercer County, New Jersey, Full Time: Monday-Friday & Weekends As Needed Who We Need : We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team in Mercer County. What We Need: Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general property maintenance in a group home environment Experience using hand and/or power tools Ability to climb ladders, lift, carry, and/or pull up to 100 pounds Familiarity with appliance installation Drive agency maintenance vehicles, including snow plows Must be able to keep updated and complete documentation Maintain cleanliness of the facility and grounds Collaborate with outside contractors when required Have availability for on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license (less than three suspensions and/or points in the past three years) Two Years of Supervisory and Group Home experience preferred Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility) and provide proof of vaccination.
