Compensation - Hourly rates start at $18.75/hour driver's receive a 2% pay increase. Additional pay increases and bonuses included based on additional experience and certifications. In addition to Valmont Park, we are hiring Mountain Biking Program Specialists for the following Boulder/Golden locations: Boulder Golden Lafayette We have Mountain Biking Program Specialist positions available at multiple program locations across the US. If you're interested in being considered for other locations - be sure to let us know! **We have limited non-driving Specialist positions at our Colorado camps. Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the start of camp in order to drive Avid4 Adventure vehicles, equipment, and campers." In this role you will Lead a group of campers through engaging programming including mountain biking, Leave No Trace principles, and teambuilding. Opportunities to also instruct paddling and climbing programs - training will be provided! Serve as a role model and guide campers by exhibiting appropriate behavior, attitudes, and activities. Follow and educate campers on safety protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants - this is especially important for our Valmont Bike Park location! Provide exceptional customer service to parents and all participants in our programs. Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp. Camp drivers must be at least 21 years old at the start of camp and possess a valid driver's license. Personal and/or professional mountain biking experience a must have +1 years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred Must enjoy spending time with kids and having fun! A minimum of Basic First Aid & CPR certification by the start of camp (and we can point you in the right direction to get these done). Work Schedule Typically Monday - Friday, about 40 hours/week Training begins May 18. Camp runs May 30 through August 18. READY TO JOIN THE TEAM??
