Wilkes University invites applicants for a Graduate Residence Director position in the Office of Residence Life at Wilkes University. As an integral member of the Office of Residence Life (ORL) , the GRD will be expected to uphold the mission and goals of the ORL, the Division of Student Affairs, and Wilkes University. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting with the development and management of a residential area of the Wilkes University Campus. Graduate Residence Director will work with Residence Life Professional Staff to assist with the supervision of staff, oversight of residential education programming, enforcement of college policy, and facilities management. A Bachelor's degree is required, in addition to enrollment in a graduate degree program (Higher Education/Student Affairs preferred). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Residence Life as an undergraduate. Please be sure to include a cover letter, resume or curriculum vitae and three references.
