Service Advisor As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 13 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. Job Duties: Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairs Verify warranty and service contracts as needed Provide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit margins Maintain service records for customers Prepare billing invoices for customers Desired Competencies: Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field preferred but not required Excellent communication skills Organized and detail oriented Proficient with computers Team Player Self- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demands Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position preferred but not required Benefits: Quarterly Bonuses Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K with company matching Company paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability Insurance Annual Boot & Tool Allowance Gateway Truck & Refrigeration is a division of Gateway Industrial Power, Inc. and is an equal opportunity employer.
