Job Focus: Supports the College Mission and serves students, employers and the college community by preparing and providing relevant technical instruction. Under general supervision, prepares relevant curriculum for practical nursing instruction in the classroom, skills and simulation labs, and clinical settings. The Instructor maintains a positive and productive learning environment by working collaboratively with students, staff, faculty, and college partners. Success of an instructor includes the ability to collaborate, simplify, communicate, advocate, celebrate success, build trust, empower others, and improve the college community and its programs. Minimum Qualifications : Current unrestricted Nursing license in the State of Utah 4 years demonstrated experience in respective courses being taught Must successfully pass criminal background check Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications : BSN Prior teaching experience First review of applicants will occur February 14, 2023.
