Perfect for a charge or experienced nurse interested in making a move into leadership, this role helps keep the department on track. You will help ensure the department runs smoothly by identifying opportunities for improvement, focusing on operations, and orienting new employees to the department. You will be a true partner to the director, elevating the capabilities of the whole team, including through education. In addition to working with the fabulous team, our salary is competitive and we offer an Outstanding benefits package (which ranks in the top 1% in the state of Washington) of medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans, personal time off and more. This is a full time, exempt position and will r emain open until filled and is be eligible for a $20,000 recruitment bonus.
