Our team also enjoys competitive compensation and great perks ! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SHIFT LEAD The Shift Lead plays a very crucial role in the success of our restaurant. You are a huge support for our General Manager as you assist them in ensuring that we have high-quality food, service, and sanitation. Following our operational and administrative business processes, tools, and systems, you maximize sales and profit performance while delivering desired results. You work hard to make sure your team works cohesively and that our restaurant runs smoothly during your shift. As you lead by example, you assist your team in creating an atmosphere that exceeds customers' expectations. When challenging opportunities arise, you take charge and provide excellent customer service. You also assist with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing a best-in-class team! Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and ability to build relationships with customers ensure your success. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent At least 18 years old Previous restaurant management experience Valid driver's license with proof of automobile insurance Willing to complete all applicable Hazard Communication, food-handling, and/or safety training certifications Are you a great leader with the ability to motivate others? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit, competitive nature, and contagious enthusiasm that drive team performance to achieve desired results? Can you establish, maintain, and enforce consistently high performance standards? Do you have good communication skills? Are you a customer service rockstar? Do you have exceptional problem-solving skills and an honest, diligent work ethic? Are you able to maintain accuracy and efficiency under pressure?
