A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER SUPERVISOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD In this administrative position, you play a crucial role in our office by keeping your customer service and dispatch teams focused and on track. You diligently do whatever is necessary to achieve department-booked call and sales goals, making sure our customer service representatives and dispatchers consistently hit their numbers. A natural-born leader, you train your staff on the best ways to convert calls into booked service appointments as well as manage our dispatch department to ensure the right technicians are matched to every job. Driven to become an expert in your market, you stay up to date with our customers' needs as well as the best way to engage them. An excellent communicator, you author and refine call scripts so they are clear, compelling, and result in more appointments. It is also up to you to formalize a coaching and training platform that is cost-effective and measurable as well as ensure sufficient staffing to keep up with business demand.
