The ideal candidate will have experience with residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage). The ideal candidate will also have construction experience. DUTIES Develop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and subcontractorsServe as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrierManage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitabilityParticipate in on-call rotationCoordinate daily work for techniciansEnsure that all employees follow safety guidelines QUALIFICATIONS Must have project management experience Must have construction experienceGood customer service skillsMust obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision makingMust have good computer skills.
