Resource Supervisor Families and Youth Innovation Plus is hiring a full-time Resource Supervisor The LVP Resource Supervisor provides supervision over multiple systems of response and services involving referrals, service coordination, outreach efforts and activities and the development of resource, screening, triage and referral systems for the entire Innovative Youth Services Division (La Vida Project). The Resource Supervisor provides leadership, supervision, and assistance in the oversight of assigned projects, initiatives, and supplemental contracts/services, as well as, daily program operations. The Resource Supervisor supervises coordinators who provide case assessment and planning, make informed recommendations and referrals, and monitor the accessibility and appropriateness of services as well as reassessment of needs and corresponding services if applicable. Competencies Planning and Organizing Fostering Communication Managing Project Execution Digital Literacy Project Risk Management Attention to Detail Inspiring Others Responsibilities: Supervise and ensure the timeliness and efficient processes of referrals and intakes across all contracts and services assigned to you Ensures that client records, documentation and billing is submitted, accurate and maintained according to agency and contract standards Complete all necessary weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner to include: Intake paperwork, case notations, billing, weekly reports, monthly reports, quarterly reports, etc. Perform and assist in managing the Quality Assurance and Improvement systems as they relate to assigned projects and contracts Ensure maximization of the coordination of efforts among youth and family serving providers to ensure that appropriate services are available, accessible and adaptable to the unique needs of the youth Provide guidance, input and coaching for the development of Success Plans for each youth Provide oversight of the organization and facilitation of therapeutic, resiliency building, enrichment, recreational and psychoeducational services as needed in both individual and group settings. Ensure that appropriate services are available, accessible and adaptable to the unique needs of youth/families. Provide guidance and oversight regarding the timely communication with program and agency team members, assigned youth and families, and other community partners (JPPO, etc.) Required to participate and interact in youth activities (for example: camping, sport activities, overnight youth conferences, etc.) which may involve occasional overnight activities and trips. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Family and Consumer Sciences, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, or Criminology from an accredited College or University. Must have four-years of any combination of experience including working with communities, working on health or social service related matters, social work/case management experience, behavioral health and/or health care experience, and relevant work experience with juvenile justice systems. Must pass a CYFD Criminal Records Check Must maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License Must be able to successfully perform non-violent crisis intervention and CPR/First Aid upon hire (trainings will be provided)
