Auto Detailer and Car Lot Porter - Part-Time Life is short - work someplace awesome ! The best candidates for this position enjoy preparing something special for our new and used car clients. We take great pride in what we do. We ensure our new vehicles are ready for the customer, and clean/refurbish used vehicles. We have a part-time position available at our Traverse City location. Starting pay is based on experience. No experience necessary we will train the right person. Essential Duties Clean vehicles according to company standards or client specifications. Thoroughly washing, buffing, and waxing exteriors. Vacuuming, steaming, and deodorizing interiors. Organize, maintain, display, and label cars for the used car lot. Keep inventory list of products necessary on hand for ordering and replenishment. Moves/Parks vehicles as necessary throughout the lot. Working Effectively With Others Promotes a productive working relationship with others. Generates pride and commitment within the department and Bill Marsh Ford. Promotes cooperation and teamwork through actions. Maintains positive working relations. Applying the Basics Completes time ticket correctly. Maintains work and supplies, keeps area clean and orderly. Attends department and company-wide meetings as applicable.
