JOIN OUR TEAM! We are looking for Program Manager for our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. The ACT Program Manager develop, implements and directs the ACT team program. The ACT Team is a self-contained clinical team which assumes responsibility for directly providing treatment, rehabilitation and support services to identified clients with severe and persistent mental illness. This position is full-time, 1st shift. Requires a high degree of organizational ability, must be a team player and able to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Day-to-day supervision to direct service providers of program Direct treatment services to reduce episodes of harmful outcomes such as use of emergency departments, medical and psychiatric inpatient admissions, arrests and incarceration Lead and attend agency and community meetings Guides team in the ACT model and philosophy of care; use of collaboration to deliver positive behavioral health, social and individual outcomes Oversee budgetary aspects of program in conjunction with fiscal department Monitor client ratio expectations, accuracy and eligibility of client payer sources WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelors degree minimum, Masters preferred with previous management experience Experience working with persons with severe and persistent chronic mental illness A valid license as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in the state of Iowa A valid driver's license with a driving record that will allow insurability Ability to pass a pre-employment physical with a drug and alcohol screen WHO YOU ARE: Humble.
