Sales Administrator Summary/Objective Sales Administration supports the sales department management in an effort to achieve the organizational sales goals. This position requires a strong technical background, product knowledge and service knowledge. This is a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and time-management skills are required, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines. Core Job Duties Ensure accuracy and process sales orders for assigned sales teams. Confirm orders comply with isolved Sales Policy and other guidelines. Collaborate with other teams (Billing, Implementation, Sales Enablement) to identify areas of opportunity and implement changes to optimize sales operations and reporting Cross-train to support other teams as needed to meet operational needs and team deadlines Provide administrative support to a team of field sales representatives which includes creating sales documents, proposals and agreements Generate reports and analytics related to sales activities and revenue data, primarily by using the CRM system Track errors and other challenges to identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of sales order and booking process Experience and Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 1 - 3 years related experience. Experience working with basic office and sales related applications such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite Strong verbal and written communication skills Resourceful and well organized Ability to write customer-appropriate correspondence Possess strong mathematical and analytical skills Solve practical problems and work with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines Additional Preferred Qualifications BA/BS preferred but not required Location - Any (If you live 30 miles or less from one of our isolved offices, it will be a hybrid work schedule.)
