Do you have an interest in teaching tennis lessons to children and adults? Apply online today for the Tennis Instructor position. Pay rate $15.00 per hour.We are one park district, one community. Understand, interpret and maintain the Peoria Park District and Athletic Department's standards and policies. Responsible for teaching and instructing tennis lessons to children and adults. Inventory equipment and make sure the environment is clean and safe for the participants. Individual must be 15 years or older with preference given to an individual with training and tennis playing experience. Desire and ability to work with children. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Possess the ability to lead others in group and individual activities, demonstrating necessary steps and skills. The position requires effective communication with staff and program participants as well as the ability to respond effectively and quickly in varying situations.
