It is everyone's right to maximize his or her own quality of life. Employment Bonus! Starting pay range: $19.00 per hour Day shift, full-time! Program is only open Monday through Friday roughly 6am to 6pm. No required overtime! $1000.00 EMPLOYMENT BONUS! Paid holidays! Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick, and a Personal Day Company vehicles at all locations Medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, and a 3% match into a simple IRA QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Driver License (required) Able to pass a DOT Physical or Drug screen depending on type of Driver license. 18+ Able to lift 50lbs (required) Valid LPN License (required) BENEFITS: This is a benefit eligible position. All benefits become available after a 90-day probationary period. Comments: Failure to provide official transcript(s) or other required verification may result in the withdrawal of the job offer.
