This position is eligible for a $6000 retention bonus ($2500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service) Salary Range Dependent upon qualifications Practitioner$51,370.40 - $71,918.55 Clinical Trainee$56,507.44 - $79,110.41Fully Licensed $62,158.18 - $93,237.27 This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Position Summary This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based and telehealth, Monday - Friday. Qualifications Licensed Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee is required (must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure) or, Practitioner Masters or Doctorate Degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology with emphasis on clinical practice. Practitioner enrolled in a Master's program or bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance or is serving a federally recognized tribe and if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care. Licensure Supervision is provided. Preferred Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience. Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth.
