If you want job flexibility and to make a difference in the lives of children and families and the community, join Acenda's Keeping Families Together (KFT ) program !     You'd be joining a team of dedicated staff providing supportive family housing services to families involved with DCP&P who have multiple behavior health and concrete needs. Job Function: Assist families with a history of homelessness or housing instability in securing appropriate housing by identifying viable properties, assisting with the application process and developing relationships with landlords and property managers.
