Manage O&M functions of transportation services at a research facility, including marine transportation for passengers, freight, and cargo, and ground transportation for passengers at facility site. Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years commercial vessel operations experience. USCG Merchant Mariners Master License 100 Gross Ton, USCG Radar Observer, US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Marine Radio Operator, Transportation Worker Identification Credential and Advanced Shipboard Firefighting Certification.
