NW Staffing is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper for a valued client of ours in the N. Seattle area! Pay: $23 to $25 / hr Shift: Monday through Friday 8a to 4:30p Do you have a strong work ethic and an understanding of general accounting principles? A minimum of three years’ experience with bookkeeping? Enjoy working in a smaller office setting, for a company that is family oriented? Check out this opportunity! In this role, you will be required to perform a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to: Maintain financials Enter AP, AR and PR files Review invoices for accuracy Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prep deposits Maintain filing Prepare Bi-weekly payroll Create and Present weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports Create and present financial reports Track L&I claims Create and process tax reporting Our client is really focused on finding the right fit for their culture, so in addition to being able to perform the above tasks, the ideal candidate must demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times, be willing and able to learn and grow as job requirements evolve, the ability to analyze job cost and maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
