Seeking to hire Administrator for persons with intellectual disabilities.Responsible for overall well being of persons with intellectual disabilities on assigned caseload of approximately 30 including but not limited to on call shifts. Traveling required to various residential sites. Act as a role model and set forth a positive attitude of support for approximately 40 employees. Must possess good communication skills, the ability to be organized, multi-task, make sound judgments, have consistency and understanding in following and implementing agency policies and procedures as well as philosophies. Also, must possess: a sincere respect of the persons served rights, time management skills, budgeting/money management skills and flexibility. Competitive salary.Qualifications: valid driver’s license, car insurance and a good driving record. No felony charges-background checks reviewed.
