Position: Workshop Administrator Location: Tamworth Hours: M: F 8am:4.30pm (flexible i. e. 7.30am:4.00pm or 8.30am:5.00pm) Shift: Days (40 hrs) Pay: upto GBP 28K + Bonus Contract: Full Time permanent role Details of the Workshop Administrator opportunity My client, a multi: site fleet (HGV's) maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced workshop administrator for their busy depot in Tamworth. Due to increased workloads they need an extra workshop administrator toassist with planning/scheduling work, booking in jobs, invoicing, parts ordering and general administration within the depot Workshop Administrator Duties : Processing job cards : Booking in vehicle maintenance : Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing : Uploading information to an internal portal : Planning and scheduling work Workshop Administrator experience required : Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills : Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail : Previous experience gained within the automotive sector is essential : Knowledge of Kerridge would be an added bonus but not essential as we can train you : Any experience of the HGV sector would be great If this workshop administrator role is of interest please reply to this advert with an up: to: date copy of your CV as we are interviewing now for an immediate start.
