SUMMARY: Responsible for the proper handling of livestock that includes: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sorting, loading and unloading livestock, purchase livestock, pursue new growers, ensure proper care of livestock, general maintenance of grounds, administrative responsibilities, customer service and other duties as needed. WORK SCHEDULE AND ATTENDANCE: The work schedule will vary according to the workload and the time of year.
