As our Senior Marketing Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in driving business development activities, researching opportunities, and positively representing our company. With roots dating back to 1966, we take pride in our reputation for client satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations on every project. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on business development initiatives to secure profitable new business. Conduct thorough research on business opportunities and contribute to strategy development. Actively engage in networking events, activities, and organizations to enhance our company's presence. Partner with project managers to strategize on market forecasts, upcoming opportunities, and potential clients/projects. Collaborate with the regional Marketing team to provide optimal support to project managers. Position the firm favorably for current and future market opportunities. Support and lead marketing efforts for proposals, presentations, and other work-winning activities. Coordinate special projects and events, including regional conferences. Manage multiple concurrent time-sensitive deadlines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. Flexibility to work outside normal hours. Occasional willingness to travel for business needs. Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work. Team player with a positive attitude and client service mentality.
