Randstad are currently looking for a Contracts manager to support the City Services Team Manager in the Environment and Leisure Division. Role: Contracts manager Location: Telford Depot, Newport Shifts: 37 hours per week (mainly from home) Pay rate: GBP29,000 salary pro: rata KEY RESULT AREAS To undertake contract related functions on a range of operations and activities within the Environment and Leisure Service that have an income generation capacity. This will include assisting team managers to achieve expected income through identification, and management of income generating activities, maximising business opportunities, developing relations with clients and customers employing our services and hiring our facilities. To assist managers with the management of income streams for City Services such as sponsorship agreements and advertisements delivered through utilisation of the service assets. To assist the managers with implementation and procurement of external agreements and contracts. To undertake day to day client liaison for Service Level Agreements and grounds contracts for internal and external customers. Will include liaison with, amongst others, Newport Live leisure trust, schools, education and corporate business managers, social services staff and facilities managers.
