The club boasts five floors of modern catering outlets all offering bespoke catering to meet their clientele’s needs. This membership club are currently seeking a stable and well organised Sous Chef to lead a small kitchen team, producing dishes for banqueting / private dining, a small café and bar food. Senior Sous Chef Benefits: Working under the guidance of an executive chef. Leading a small team of professional chefs whilst producing food across different outlets. A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum Generous pension scheme. Good access from Covent Garden station. Room for growth within different food outlets all under the same roof Paid every 4 weeks, 13 times per year. Senior Sous Chef Requirements: The ideal Senior Sous Chef will have experience working in busy restaurants, hotels or members clubs. The successful Senior Sous Chef will be a strong leader, well organised and career driven.
