We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. Position Overview: As a Player Development Coordinator at Playground, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless gaming experience for our valued players. You will support the player development department by coordinating with Playground hosts, managing administrative functions, and actively participating in cross-departmental programs. Coordinate with Playground hosts to provide a superior service and gaming experience to all hosted and coded players. Works directly with the PD Manager on all administrative functions of the PD department. Facilitate implementation of programs to increase department knowledge, skill, and efficiency. Coordinate and assist with all crossover programs with the Marketing department. Create monthly internal communications and maintain the event calendar Facilitate the planning, designing, and implementation of VIP events and parties Assist with designing and executing premium player outside trips and promotions. Maintain special occasion programs and gift closets for all premium players. Assist Playground hosts with player requests, and services. Organize agendas and take meeting minutes.
