The position entails full responsibility for Human Resource activities across all company locations. The company specialise in the design, manufacture and supply of a vast range of concrete products. The business supplies construction projects of varying scale across Ireland and the UK and employ 180 full-time staff across three main divisions. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR services in an effective and efficient manner Act as trusted consultant to both Senior Management and line managers on all employee relations, grievance and disciplinary issues by providing a professional and credible HR service Oversee the effective management and resolution of all employee relations matters in accordance with employment legislation, company policies and best practice Responsibility for the full HR life-cycle support; to include recruitment and employee on- boarding, employee relations and performance management Maintain HR files and records ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice Update and develop human resource policies and procedures in compliance with employment legislation Processing of fortnightly & monthly payrolls Qualifications/Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role A third level degree in HR or relevant discipline IPASS qualification would be desirable Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
