" Job Title : Waiter Reports To : General Manager Overall Purpose As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by welcoming guests, communicating allergens and dietary requirements, delivering food and beverages, managing activity bookings, and collecting payments. We're looking for a team player with a confident, self-motivated, and friendly attitude, who takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience and is always looking for ways to improve. Key Responsibilities Welcoming all guests to designated section. Communicating allergens and dietary requirements to guests and kitchen Delivering food and beverages to guests and checking back to ensure satisfaction. Managing bookings for activity from start to finish. Escalating complaints to management Providing excellent guest service Providing excellent guest service Collecting payments from guests What Are We Looking For A Bounce Waiter. Has a positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to help others. Is a confident and self-motivated individual who is able to work as part of a team but also independently.
